Josh Fraundorf - President / Co-Founder

Josh Fraundorf is the President, co-founder, and Chief Financial Officer of Sweet Water Organics. With over fifteen years of experience in leadership and business, he has built the talented team of entrepreneurs, craftsmen, horticulturalists, artists, and environmentalists that form SWO. He is focused is on food security and passionate about using local, sustainable practices to grow safe, healthy produce and fish.

Jim Godsil - Co-Founder

James Godsil is the co-founder of Sweet Water Organics, Inc. and the president of the Sweet Water Foundation 501(c)(3). James was a board member of Growing Power from 2005-2010. He was a doctoral candidate Political Economics and a National Science Foundation and Fulbright Fellow. He is the founder of the Milwaukee Renaissance On Line Magazine, the founder and President of the Community Roofing & Restoration since 1975 and the Milwaukee Entrepreneur of the Year 2010. Most recently James was part of the State Department American Speakers Program for India regarding Innovations in Urban Agriculture and Aquaponics.

Scott Romanski - Indoor systems

Farmer philosopher, fish whisperer, cosmic cowboy, and occasional innocent by-stander.

Jeanne Ramponi - Horticulture

Todd Leech - VP / Sales Manager

Todd Leech has worked in natural & organic foods for over 15 years connecting local farmers to local producers. He has worked as a community organizer and activist since his teens. After working as a friendly consultant to Sweet Water Todd joined the team in late 2010 as our new sales manager.

Toni Johns - Horticulture

Toni Johns is from Madison where she received her bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin Madison. She has 10 years experience in the field of education with an emphasis on school/community partnerships. Last year Toni had the opportunity to serve as an Americorps volunteer at Bay View High School. During her time at Bay View she focused on implementing urban agriculture and social entrepreneurship service learning projects with 9th graders. She enjoys planting, harvesting, composting, hustling good fresh food and learning about aquaponics.

Paul's goal is simple, to help provide his community with healthy, delicious, locally grown food.

Matt Ray - Farm Manager

Devin Fischer - Production

Devin was born and raised in rural Nebraska where he worked as a farm hand throughout high school. He found his way to Milwaukee were he is currently part of the production team at Sweet Water. He is an integral part of daily growing and harvesting operations.

Michelle is an avid organic gardener with almost 20 years experience compulsively observing plants and insects; always amazed and impressed/inspired by/with nature.

Emmanuel Pratt - ED of Sweet Water Foundation

Emmanuel Pratt earned his BArch from Cornell University, his MSAUD from Columbia University, and is presently in the fifth year of his doctoral work in the PhD program of Urban Planning at the University of Columbia in New York. Emmanuel's professional and academic work has involved explorations and investigations in such topics as urbanization, race/identity, gentrification, and most recently transformative processes of community development through intersections of food security and sustainable design innovation.

Tim Cutler - Director of Governmental and Foundational Advancement

Tim Cutler has several years of experience as a successful and highly regarded grant writer and advancement officer for several school districts and non-profits. His vast experience with both governmental and foundational grants will allow him to research and write grants that are designed to facilitate growth and sustainability. Utilizing both his past work experience in the fields of finance and organizational management and his educational training including a Master's in Organizational Behavior, Tim's focus will be securing outside funding for not only Sweet Water Organics but Sweet Water Foundation as well.

Michael J. Flynn - Business Cluster Partner

Mr. Flynn's education and 25+ years of experience which combines quality assurance, chemistry, industrial microbiology, and horticulture. This unique background provides him a foundation for understanding many environmental technologies, such as, composting/vermicomposting for organic residue conversion. He managed a laboratory contract for the USEPA Region V Central Regional Lab which provided environmental analytical services to the EPA's Great Lakes National Program Office for monitoring chemical and biological parameters in water and sediment samples.

Chuck Watson - Internet Specialist

Jeff Redmon - Associate Creative Director

Jeff has his BFA from UW-Milwaukee with 10 years of professional Graphic design experience and a lifetime of making art.
