He is the founder of the Milwaukee Renaissance On Line Magazine, the founder and President of the Community Roofing & Restoration since 1975 and the Milwaukee Entrepreneur of the Year 2010. Most recently James was part of the State Department American Speakers Program for India regarding Innovations in Urban Agriculture and Aquaponics. |

 | Toni Johns - HorticultureToni Johns is from Madison where she received her bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin Madison. She has 10 years experience in the field of education with an emphasis on school/community partnerships. Last year Toni had the opportunity to serve as an Americorps volunteer at Bay View High School. During her time at Bay View she focused on implementing urban agriculture and social entrepreneurship service learning projects with 9th graders. She enjoys planting, harvesting, composting, hustling good fresh food and learning about aquaponics. |

| Emmanuel Pratt - ED of Sweet Water FoundationEmmanuel Pratt earned his BArch from Cornell University, his MSAUD from Columbia University, and is presently in the fifth year of his doctoral work in the PhD program of Urban Planning at the University of Columbia in New York. Emmanuel's professional and academic work has involved explorations and investigations in such topics as urbanization, race/identity, gentrification, and most recently transformative processes of community development through intersections of food security and sustainable design innovation. |
| Tim Cutler - Director of Governmental and Foundational AdvancementTim Cutler has several years of experience as a successful and highly regarded grant writer and advancement officer for several school districts and non-profits. His vast experience with both governmental and foundational grants will allow him to research and write grants that are designed to facilitate growth and sustainability. This unique background provides him a foundation for understanding many environmental technologies, such as, composting/vermicomposting for organic residue conversion. He managed a laboratory contract for the USEPA Region V Central Regional Lab which provided environmental analytical services to the EPA's Great Lakes National Program Office for monitoring chemical and biological parameters in water and sediment samples. |
